You can always keep track of your redeemable Smile Coins balance by clicking on your balance or under My account → Balance
The minimum amount for a redemption is 100 Smile Coins. If you have over 100 redeemable Smile Coins on your account and you wish to make a redemption, just head over to the redemption page under My account → Redeem. If it is your first time making a redemption, we will ask you to verify your account first, you can do so by heading over to My account → Verification and follow the step by step guide.
If you have already verified your account, you will be taken directly to the redemption screen where you can proceed with your redemption request..
